SALON GUARANTEE
Artisan Salon is committed to your satisfaction! If for any reason you are unhappy with your service please contact us within 14 days of your original appointment so we can arrange for you to come back in. Hair color is guaranteed only under the provision that guests are using salon quality at home care in order to support the longevity and integrity of our work.
RESERVATIONS
To ensure Liz’s availability we recommend you pre-book your next appointment. Although we know unforeseen circumstances may arise that could prohibit you from giving us proper notification for missing appointments, 24 hours’ notice of appointment change. All services are reserved with a credit card.
CANCELLATIONS
We realize that on occasion appointment adjustments are unavoidable. Please bear in mind that cancellations and no shows lead to lost opportunities for Liz and her clients. Please provide at least a 24 hours notice when canceling or rescheduling an appointment to avoid a charge of 50% of the scheduled service price. No show appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled service price. If for any reason, you do not show up or are not able to honor our cancellation policy, we reserve the right to charge payment to your card on file.
TARDINESS
If you are running late please call or message Artisan salon. If you are more than fifteen minutes late it is up to Liz’s discretion to accommodate you for the service that you are scheduled for. If Liz has to shorten the service we reserve the right to charge for the original service that you were booked for.
GIFT CARDS
Gift cards may be redeemed for services and retail products only. Gift cards will not be replaced if lost or stolen. A gift card may not be purchased in conjunction with any special offer or discount.
RETURNS
If you have purchased a product that is not working for you and need to exchange it, please do so within 30 days. As always, Artisan Salon guarantees your satisfaction.
CHILDREN
We cordially request that you refrain from bringing your young children along on your visit. We not only think that this is an unsafe environment for children, but it also detracts from the tranquil experience we wish to provide for our clients.
LIABILITY
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items. Smocks are available for you to change into prior to color services in order to protect any valuable clothing.

We accept cash, checks, MasterCard, Visa, Venmo and Apple Pay.
